Question 1: I reside in California. And I don’t need it so urgently. Will you be able to send by U.S. postal service?
Answer: Yes. If you need a tracking number, we will of course choose a postal service to get a tracking number for you. However, in that case it is a little more expensive than a normal postal service. It is all up to your choice.

Question .2: Will you be able to send by FedEx or UPS?
Answer: Yes. But in that case, FedEx or USP charge is much more expensive than U.S. postal service.

Question 3: How do I know the shipping fee?
Answer: We will give you the estimation of the cost of U.S. postal service, FedEx or UPS. And you have to pay in advance the shipping cost.

Question 4: How can I pay shipping cost?
Answer: You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or sending us a check. You can also send us Post Office Money Order, or MoneyGram.

Question 5: When do you ship the product?
Answer: We will ship the product upon the receipt of payment in cash as well as the shipping fee in cash. “In cash” means when the check is cashed or money is transferred to our bank, or PayPal notifies us the incoming deposit.

Question 6: I reside in Canada, will you be able to ship us the product to Canada?
Answer: Yes. We will be able to ship to any foreign countries whether it is Canada, New Zealand, Australia or any European countries or United Kingdom.

Question 7: How can I pay the shipping fee and the product cost if I am in a foreign country? For example, if I am in New Zealand, how can I pay?
Answer: We only sell the product in U.S. dollar. Therefore, if you reside in New Zealand, you have to make an international bank transfer or by PayPal. Or if you have a U.S. bank checking account, you can send us from New Zealand a U.S. dollar denominated check. Or. you can send us Post Office Money Order or Post Office MoneyGram. Question 8: I reside in New Zealand. Will you be able to ship us by U.S. postal service, FedEx or UPS?
Answer: Yes. We will be able to ship you by U.S. postal service, FedEx or UPS. We will give you an estimation of shipping fee and again you have to pay in U.S. dollar in advance.

Question 9: Is there any custom duty or import duty or regulation?
Answer: Yes. Your country has it and you must comply with those duty and regulation. We are not responsible to your country's duty, regulation, rules, laws, custom, and tax. It is all your risk once we ship the product from New York City.

Question 10: Can I eat or drink or intake the contents of packet one day or two days after I tear off the packet?
Answer: No, definitely no. You have to eat or consume immediately after your tearing off the packet. Maximum limit of time will be about 30 minutes for you to consume the gel after you open or tear off the packet. Do not refrigerate or freeze our product in order to prolong this 30 minutes’ limit. You have to consume the gel within 30 minutes once you open or tear off the packet.

Question 11: Why are you asking the 30 minutes’ limit for consumption?
Answer: Because in the air there are many bacteria and fungus and you cannot avoid those bacteria or fungus will fall on our gel once a packet is tore off. Our gel is a kind of food. The bacteria or fungus in your air will cause rot and decay of the gel. It will more easily and quickly get rotten than milk or meat. So, we strongly recommend you to intake and consume inside of the packet immediately you open or tear off the packet.

Question 12: Before I tear off or open the packets, how long can I store the unopened packet?
Answer: Each box has a best before date (BBE) printed on a box. You are strongly recommended to consume it before that date.

Question 13: Do I have to refrigerate or store in a refrigerator the packet?
Answer: No, so long as you stored it in a room to avoid the direct sunlight . Do not store in a car where the direct sunlight or heat of engine may come in. You must store it in a normal room temperature without getting the direct sunlight or heat from any source.

Question 14: I have loose bowels after intaking Aureo products. Is it normal body reaction?
Answer: Yes. Some people may experience loose bowels. You may in that case wish to reduce the amount of intake per day. The reason why you get loose bowels is that Aureo gel is polysaccharide and therefore with waters in your intestinal tube, it will act as a kind of bulking agent to push your stool more strongly than usual.

Question 15: What's the difference between Aureo Beta-glucan and other Beta-glucan products?
Answer: Other Beta-glucan products sold in the U.S. are either in the form of powder or in the form of tincture. The Beta-glucan is taken from agaricus, yeast, oats, shitake, maitake, and other mushroom by using chemical or artificial purification and extraction method.
On the other hand, Aureo Beta-glucan has no such artificial or chemical method. It is the natural product of black yeast. It is exactly itself of the product of black yeast except we applied heat sterilization. Therefore, Aureo product does not change molecular structure of Beta-glucan.

Question 16: I have a gout. Yeast contains purine body. Does Aureo contain purine body?
Answer: We hereby cite the manufacturer's statement:
"The purine body contained in Aureo is negligible but not zero. It contains purine body, however, it is almost null. Aureo product contains dead yeast.(※)
All microorganism including yeast contains purine body. Dead yeasts would be about 0.01% of the weight of one packet of Aureo and the purine body would be the very small portion of that 0.01%. "

(※) Yeast were killed by heat in processing Aureo product.
85 degree centigrade for 30 minutes heating are repeated twice before packing into a small packet. Accurately speaking, microorganism contained in Aureo is so called "Black Yeast", of which academic name is "Aureobasidium pullulans".

Question 17: What’s the difference between "Aureo Beta-glucan EX" and "Aureo Beta-glucan"?
Answer: "Beta-glucan Ex" is not sellable and importable from Japan to U.S.A. "Beta-glucan Ex" contains Lactobacillus. Aureo Co., Ltd makes it and packs it in Japan. Aureo Co., Ltd. has no export license of "Beta-glucan EX" which contains Japanese Lactobacillus to U.S.A. Therefore, Ishizumi & Co., LL.C. of New York, dba Americakenko Club does not import "Beta-glucan Ex" from Aureo Co., Ltd. Ishizumi & Co., LL.C., dba Americakenko Club can only sell "Aureo Beta-glucan" which does not contain Japanese Lactobacillus.
